Salma Hayek is the first Mexican actress to become a Hollywood movie star since Dolores Del Rio.Hayek was born in Veracruz,Mexico,on September 2,1966.Her parents sent her to a private Catholic school in Louisiana when she was 12.The school expelled her because she used to misbehave constantly, ans so she had to return to Mexico.
In college she studied International Relations but she didn't finish her studies;instead, she dropped out with the intention of becoming an actress. Her parents didn't agree at first, but although Hayek wasn't used to going against her parents' wishes, she followed her instincts. Her first break was getting a job in a local theater, which didn't pay much but it was a goos experience. Then she got a starring role in a popular TV soap opera, Teresa. The show's success made Hayek famous in Mexico.Despite her success, she decided to move to L.A. to make career in Hollywood.

Friday Night
(McFly)

Sleeping through the day 'cause I work all night,
Get out of the way things are coming alive,
Look over there, another fight,
I guess I should have seen the warning signs,

And we could be together(I'm not looking a fight)
Change the world forever(Just want to make it through the night)
Make it all seem better
They're already giving me the eye, eye, eye

I think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
I think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
Hey !I think I'm gonna lose it

The wallls are growing ears,
I'm paranoid,
No need to fear what you can avoid,
Don't let them in, don't let them out,
I'll give you something you can scream about,
And we could be together(and I'm not looking a fight)
change the world forever(Just want to make it through the night)
Make it all seem better
They're already giving me the eye, eye, eye

I Think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it,

No, no, no, nothing's wrong with dreaming,
Go, go, gotta dream it all away
One love, one life
That's enough to get me through the night
Tomorrow's coming,
a big and brighter day (hey hey hey)

I Think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it, (I think I'm gonna lose it)
I Think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it,
I Think I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,
I Thing I'm gonna lose it, lose it, lose it,

Globalization

Globalization (or globalisation) in its literal sense is the process of transformation of local or regional things or phenomena into global ones. It can also be used to describe a process by which the people of the world are unified into a single society and function together. This process is a combination of economic, technological, sociocultural and political forces.[1] Globalization is often used to refer to economic globalization, that is, integration of national economies into the international economy through trade, foreign direct investment, capital flows, migration, and the spread of technology.[2]
Tom G. Palmer of Cato Institute defines "globalization" as "the diminution or elimination of state-enforced restrictions on exchanges across borders and the increasingly integrated and complex global system of production and exchange that has emerged as a result."[3] This is the general definition given by economists, often put more simply as global expansion of the division of labor.
Thomas L. Friedman "examines the impact of the 'flattening' of the globe", and argues that globalized trade, outsourcing, supply-chaining, and political forces have changed the world permanently, for both better and worse. He also argues that the pace of globalization is quickening and will continue to have a growing impact on business organization and practice.[4]
Noam Chomsky argues that the word globalization is also used, in a doctrinal sense, to describe the neoliberal form of economic globalization.[5]
Herman E. Daly argues that sometimes the terms internationalization and globalization are used interchangeably but there is a slight formal difference. The term "internationalization" refers to the importance of international trade, relations, treaties etc. International means between or among nations. "Globalization" means erasure of national boundaries for economic purposes; international trade (governed by comparative advantage) becomes inter-regional trade (governed by absolute advantage).[6]
